Your responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and messages
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general inquiries
- Maintain and order office supplies; coordinate repairs and facility needs
- Support meeting logistics and prepare rooms as needed
- Organize travel arrangements for employees (transport, accommodation, etc.)
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal events
- Administer access badges for employees and visitors; support office security procedures
- Collect, archive, and maintain employee documentation and records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (welcome kits, badge returns, etc.)
- Act as a liaison between employees and the HR team on routine matters
