Are you a dynamic, service-oriented professional with a passion for efficient organization and creating a vibrant workplace environment? If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to be the "heartbeat" of our central office. If you are highly organized, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the office, serving as the first point of contact for internal and external parties, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and ensuring the office is a friendly and pleasant place to be.
  • Manage the company's document workflow and archiving in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Arrange business trips by liaising with travel agencies for flights, accommodation, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Organize company events, team activities, and office activities, from meeting scheduling to event logistics.
  • Provide proactive assistance to the Executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation; ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with building management, handle maintenance requests, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist in vendor contracting and various supplier tendering processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal communications, support company-wide initiatives, and help foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve administrative systems, and enhance overall efficiency.Provide administrative support to relevant stakeholders based on request.
