Job Type


  • Full-time 8h/day
  • On-site work environment (Brasov, Romania)


Job Requirements


  • Previous experience in a similar operational or administrative role
  • Skilled in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Highly organized with a “get things done” mindset
  • Experience handling invoices, ordering supplies, and other administrative tasks
  • Strong written and spoken English, comfortable with client interactions


Job Responsibilities


  • Management Assistance: Help with scheduling and calendar management; Take meeting notes; Provide reminders on tasks, deadlines, and priorities. Handle personal assistant duties.
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative needs. Ensure the workspace is functional, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Accounting Assistance: Work with the accounting firm, send monthly documents, process online payments, and maintain financial and contract records.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and internal processes. Help organize team events, workshops, and day-to-day team needs.


This role is NOT a fit if..


  • You struggle with staying organised across multiple tasks
  • You prefer being told what to do instead of taking initiative
  • You prefer clearly limited responsibilities instead of a dynamic role
  • You overlook details or forget to follow through
  • A task like “combine two databases into a Google Sheet” stresses you out
