• Technical Ownership of Integrations
  • Design, implement, and maintain RESTful integrations (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
  • Architect and optimize cross-system data flows
  • Integrate OneTrust with enterprise systems (e.g., LeanIX, ServiceNow, MS365, Oracle, other SaaS platforms)
  • Ensure secure authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, token-based authentication)
  • Analyze API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) and translate it into working solutions
• Advanced API Debugging & Data Handling
  • Deep understanding of JSON structures, transformations, and validation
  • Troubleshooting on HTTP level (status codes, headers, payload inconsistencies)
  • Root cause analysis across systems (not just within one tool)
  • Independent testing and simulation of requests using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools
• Automation & Optimization
  • Identify automation potential within business and technical processes
  • Develop lightweight automation scripts (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Groovy or similar)
  • Support bulk data operations and structured data transformations
  • Use Excel (advanced level) for data analysis, validation, preparation, and reconciliation
  • Proactively reduce manual work through technical improvements
• Platform Configuration & Functional Understanding
  • Provide 2nd level / technical expert support for integration-related issues
  • Act as escalation point for API and interface problems
  • Monitor stability of interfaces and proactively mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve complex system dependencies
• Advanced Application & Interface Support

Qualifications

• Technical Skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable background
  • 2+ years of experience in system integration, API development, or technical application management
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • RESTful APIs
    • JSON processing
    • OAuth 2.0 / token-based authentication
    • API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, etc.)
  • Scripting/programming experience (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Groovy or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills (data preparation, validation, structured analysis)
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS environments and cross-system integrations
  • Ability to independently interpret API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
  • Experience with OneTrust or similar compliance platforms is a plus

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
