🛠 Main responsabilities
• Develops the work plan for each opening together with the Opening Manager
• Ensures the selection, development, and motivation of the Opening Crew
• Provides coaching, training, onboarding, and mentoring to new hires from Opening Crew
• Coordinates the Opening Crew and mentors the new Shop Manager (buddy system)
• Sets objectives for the team and tracks achievement
• Handles the initial store stocking orders together with opening manager and purchasing
• Receives goods and transport documents; inputs receipts into the system
• Tags products with security systems (anti-theft)
• Coordinates internal product consumption (cleaning substances, cash rolls, everything for smooth operation, etc.)
• Organizes the warehouse, office, and staff areas of the store
• Implements planograms and shelf signage according to standards
• Places additional orders if necessary
• Participates in inventories before store openings
• Carefully manages the opening budget and adheres to allocations (for OOS and OC)
• Ensures clear cooperation between the team and support departments
• Manages opening processes in an organized and predictable manner
• Demonstrates composure and balance in high-pressure periods
• Communicates clearly, empathetically, and constructively with all stakeholders
• Acts as a leader and drives results through direct involvement
• Supports the team during the opening day
• Continuously monitors, supervises, and supports the Opening Crew
• Participates in remodels and special operational projects
