We are looking for a Marketing Specialist passionate about retail and travel! If you have at least 3 years of experience in marketing and the last time you were at Otopeni Airport you imagined how you could create campaigns that captivate travelers, we have good news: now you can do it!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, implementing and supervising marketing campaigns, events and promotions for products and brands within the Duty Paid (Duty Free) division;
• In charge of designing (together with the advertising agency or graphic designer) visuals for communicating or promoting different product categories;
• Involvement in coordinating orders, sending communication materials, as well as implementing promotions and campaigns in stores;
• Coordinate merchandising activities for all products in Duty Paid stores;
• Responsible with development of the current portfolio within the Duty Paid business line;
• Prepare briefs and collaborate with the graphic designer to develop marketing campaigns and promotional offers for digital screens across airport locations, ensuring final assets are uploaded and scheduled;
• Develop newsletter briefs, coordinate design layout with the graphic designer, and manage distribution to the database via email.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in marketing in the Retail or FMCG industry (an advantage);
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field;
• Decision-making skills and taking responsibility;
• Dynamic, communicative, enthusiastic, stress-resistant, easily adaptable to change;
• Team spirit;
• Microsoft Office – intermediate-advanced knowledge;
• Attention to details;
• English – intermediate level.
