The Opportunity

We are looking for a Operations Administrative Assistant with proficiency in German to support our executive team. This role is crucial for ensuring efficiency and coordination in daily operations and strategic projects.


What you will be doing:


Administrative Support:

  • Acts as a point of contact between the Partner and assigned internal clients, and other colleagues and clients (as applicable);
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements;
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Knows and applies internal policies and procedures related to risk management in documentation and communication;


Technical Proficiency:

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create dashboards, and generate reports;
  • Design and deliver impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint;
  • Support data-driven decision-making by compiling and interpreting operational metrics.


Operational Support:

  • Assist in project tracking and status reporting;
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications and follow-ups;
  • Support internal process improvements and documentation.


Responsibility & Commitment:

  • Demonstrate a high level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism;
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery;
  • Act as a trusted partner to the team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.


What we need from you:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience in coordinating and managing projects;
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility and attention to details;
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly and concisely;
  • Communicative, team worker, client-oriented attitude;
  • Very good command of English and German is a must;
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
