Location: Bucharests

We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Operations Executive to support our growing blue-collar staffing operations across Romania.

This role is focused on account management, client coordination, workforce management, and operational support across multiple client sites including construction, industrial, and warehouse environments.

Tasks

• 
  
• Visit client sites regularly and maintain strong client relationships
  
• Coordinate between clients, supervisors, and workforce teams
  
• Ensure workforce attendance, utilization, and timesheet accuracy
  
• Support issue resolution related to workforce deployment and operations
  
• Understand client manpower requirements and communicate them internally
  
• Monitor site conditions, PPE, and operational compliance
  
• Support business growth through strong client servicing and relationship building
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Proven experience in staffing, manpower, outsourcing, or workforce operations
  
• Experience handling blue-collar or industrial workforce operations
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills
  
• Romanian and English language skills are mandatory
  
• Driving license and willingness to travel frequently across client locations
  
• Organized, practical, and able to work independently in field-based operations
