Retrodor SRL is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the operational and financial performance of three restaurants, each with a different concept.

The role coordinates the management teams across all three locations, ensures consistent execution, and adapts operational standards to the specific needs of each restaurant concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs, HR, Marketing, and other department heads across all three restaurants.
• Implement the operational strategy established by the CEO and the financial targets established by the CFO.
• Monitor sales, costs, profitability, service quality, and team performance by location and across the group.
• Improve processes, productivity, guest experience, and operational standards while preserving each restaurant’s individual concept.
• Oversee reporting, compliance, suppliers, maintenance, and company resources.
• Ensure managers achieve their objectives and complete corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

• Strong restaurant or hospitality operations experience
• Proven experience managing multiple locations, managers, or department heads
• Good understanding of restaurant costs, budgets, and profitability
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage different restaurant concepts without applying a one-size-fits-all approach
• Fluent Romanian and professional English
• Available to work on-site across the three Cluj-Napoca locations
