Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for organizing the daily activity of the Iași
office and ensuring that the local team operates efficiently and follows company
procedures.
Main Responsibilities
• Coordinate the daily activity of the dispatch, accounting, safety, and recruiting
teams;
• Establish priorities, delegate responsibilities, and monitor task completion;
• Supervise employee schedules, attendance, performance, and workplace
discipline;
• Support the team in resolving operational issues and escalate important
matters when necessary;
• Ensure effective communication and cooperation between departments;
• Organize team meetings and communicate company procedures and
operational updates;
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating employees;
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Prepare regular reports and updates for the U.S. management team;
• Implement decisions and procedures established by U.S. management and
monitor the results.
The Operations Manager will serve as the main liaison between the Iași team and U.S.
management, ensuring that information is communicated accurately, problems are
addressed promptly, and management decisions are properly implemented.
What We Offer
• RON 8,500–11,000 net per month, depending on experience, English proficiency,
and knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry;

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our office in Iași,
supervise the local team, oversee daily operations, and serve as the main point of
contact between the Iași office and the U.S. management team.
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in operations management, office management, team
leadership, or a similar supervisory role;
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage employees, priorities, and deadlines;
• Advanced written and spoken English;
• Proactive, dependable, and focused on solutions and results;
• Ability to make decisions and handle difficult situations professionally;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
• Experience in U.S. trucking, transportation, logistics, or dispatch is a significant
advantage.
