About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated team member to join our Romania office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in road transport operations, logistics, or freight forwarding,
• Knowledge and proven experience in European and Turkish road transport operations,
• Solid experience in freight forwarding processes,
• Hands-on experience in logistics and transportation operations,
• Strong ability to plan, monitor, and manage operational processes effectively,
• Experience in fleet management processes,
• Excellent command of English and Romanian (both written and spoken); Turkish is a plus,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and coordination skills,
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate European and Turkish road transport operations,
• Oversee and execute freight forwarding operational processes,
• Handle daily transportation-related operational activities and ensure effective coordination with relevant departments,
• Take an active role in fleet management processes, including planning, monitoring, and reporting,
• Contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
