About The Role

We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist colleague to support our Printing team in Iasi, Bacau and Bucharest office.

Responsabilities

• Manage and operate distribution orders in the ERP system;
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries and clarification of details; Most of the internal and external communication will done via email;
• Maintain an organised workflow with a strong focus on detail to ensure high-quality distribution service;

Requirements:

• Experience working with an ERP systems such as BORG is considered a plus;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and an efficiency-driven mindset;
• Ability to manage high-volume email communication and maintain clear, prompt interactions;
