We are expanding our team for a brand-new DHL Supply Chain project near Bucharest, and we are looking for an ambitious Operations Support Specialist who will become the right hand of our management team.In this unique role, you will act as a key connector between frontline employees and leadership — ensuring smooth communication, supporting daily operational tasks, and helping shape the culture of our new site.
What will you be responsible for?

• Acting as a direct support to the Operations management team
• Serving as a communication bridge between frontline workers and managers
• Assisting with day‑to‑day operational tasks and coordination
• Preparing materials, reports, and documentation for management
• Supporting and conducting trainings for operational staff
• Helping drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
