An exciting opportunity to join our client's team, in a visionary organisation that combines human potential with technology to generate authentic innovation. We are looking for a Call Center Operator to join this organisation.
Main objectives
It ensures the taking over and management of customer/patient requests, provides operational support, appointment registrations and facilitates communication with other departments, respecting internal procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Take phone calls and manage email requests.
- Register, modify and confirm appointments.
- Provides accurate and relevant information on procedures, locations, staff schedules, and other frequently asked questions.
- Transmits and verifies patient/client data in internal systems.
- Collaborates with colleagues from other departments to solve complex requests.
- Maintains and complies with quality and confidentiality standards in communication with customers/patients.
- Report discrepancies or operational issues to the team leader.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the organisation's services and procedures.
- Correct use of internal applications and tools used to manage calls and recordings.
- Familiarity with internal work procedures and escalation flows.
