At Giant Group we have an exciting opportunity for Administrator Date / Operator Introducere Date to join our growing team.


Job Title: Administrator Date / Operator Introducere Date (in UK known as Data Administrator/Operations Administrator)

Department: Operations Admin

Location: Hybrid – initially at home, office based in future at Suceava, Romania

Salary: 5,000 RON per month

Hours: 40hrs, 8hrs per day, Monday - Friday 10:00am-7:00pm

About the role

Employed by Native Teams in Romania, you will work as the Operations Administrator for Giant Group in UK.

You will have an impact on the Employee Support department by supporting accurate and timely processing of worker information, maintaining a high level of service. Therefore, you will be processing worker data in line with Service Level Agreements. The desired outcome of this will be your contribution to providing a consistently high level of service to all stakeholders.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Entering assignment information, including new assignments, extensions, rate changes and assignment terminations into the relevant portal relative to our workers’ assignments.
  • Setting up worker records, adding and linking new purchase ledgers to the system.
  • Responding to a diverse range of queries via the relevant inbox and within the agreed service level agreement.
  • Completing, signing, and returning assignment documents as required.


Your ideal experience & competencies

Ideally you would have a business-related degree or at least 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative role


You can only excel in this role if:


  • You have great enthusiasm for working as part of a team, with a positive and resourceful attitude.
  • You are a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are resilient and emotionally intelligent with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
