Requirements

•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
•
English & French (fluent, verbally and written)
•
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.
•
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, be at ease working with numbers.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with pricing software or CRM systems.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously (prioritization, ability to work under pressure and handle stress)
•
Knowledge of car leasing terms and regulatory standards.
•
Experience with market research and data analysis tools.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
•
Good knowledge of car industry/passion for cars is a plus.

Responsibilities

•
Place the vehicle order and ensure its proper execution
•
Send order confirmations to customers
•
Monitor delivery timelines and proactively inform customers
•
Organize the invoicing of PI (Proforma Invoices or similar)
•
Organize the registration and delivery process
•
Manage administrative procedures related to registration (plate transfer, special plates, holder, external insurance, etc.)
•
Assign subcontractors (anti-theft devices, winter tires, transport, accessories, etc.) and verify proper execution of tasks
•
Manage the service's operations, its interaction with other company departments, productivity, and quality delivered
•
Ensure continuous monitoring is carried out
•
Contribute to process improvement and communication with customers
•
Ensure follow-up of satisfaction surveys in collaboration with the EasyDriving department and/or Supplier Relationship Manager
•
Actively participate in project implementation
•
Monitor changes to orders
•
Actively participate in department meetings
•
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the quoting process.
•
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to improve quote competitiveness.
