Requirements
aEURc BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
aEURc English (fluent, verbally and written);
aEURc Previous experience in customer service or similar roles;
aEURc Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
aEURc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
aEURc Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
aEURc Knowledge of car leasing terms and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
aEURc Place the vehicle order and ensure its proper execution
aEURc Send order confirmations to customers
aEURc Monitor delivery timelines and proactively inform customers
aEURc Organize the invoicing of PI (Proforma Invoices or similar)
aEURc Organize the registration and delivery process
aEURc Manage administrative procedures related to registration (plate transfer, special plates, holder, external insurance, etc.)
aEURc Assign subcontractors (anti-theft devices, winter tires, transport, accessories, etc.) and verify proper execution of tasks
aEURc Manage the service's operations, its interaction with other company departments, productivity, and quality delivered
aEURc Ensure continuous monitoring is carried out
aEURc Contribute to process improvement and communication with customers
aEURc Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the quoting process.
aEURc Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to improve quote competitiveness.
