You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders and projects, from entry to delivery.
• Collaborating with dealers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Logistics or delivery planning experience is considered a strong advantage, particularly in complex, multi-market environments.
• Monitoring order flows and proactively identifying risks or disruptions to prevent delays.
• Coordinating compliance requirements for exports and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Communicating transparently with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in operations-related roles such as Order management, Customer Service, Planning, Project coordination, and Logistics.
• Proven ability to manage complex order flows and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in client-facing interactions and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and planning.
• Advanced English proficiency
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability to ambiguity.
• Advanced planning and organizing skills for complex projects.
• Proficiency in French or German preferred.
