Why This Role Matters

In this role, you'll oversee customer orders from start to finish—making sure everything flows smoothly, from the initial request to final delivery. You'll coordinate with internal teams and external partners, helping to manage timelines, keep everyone informed, and ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Whether it’s a simple request or a more complex delivery, you'll be the main point of contact, providing updates, solving problems, and ensuring our high standards are met.


What You’ll Be Doing


Coordinating the Delivery Process

  • Manage and oversee the progress of customer orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to keep things moving
  • Monitor progress and make sure everything stays on track
  • Contribute to improvements in the way we deliver services


Working with Customers

  • Validate order details and confirm requirements with customers
  • Stay in touch with all stakeholders during the process
  • Keep customers updated on progress and proactively manage expectations
  • Handle any issues that arise and ensure a smooth resolution
  • Ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction throughout the process


Supporting Project Delivery

  • Support planning and timelines for delivery success
  • Provide updates to internal teams and help set realistic expectations
  • Work with both internal teams and customers to manage priorities


Partner Coordination

  • Help manage the activities of external service providers
  • Follow up on service readiness and any early challenges
  • Support quality assurance and smooth handover


Sharing Knowledge & Mentoring

  • Share your experience with new team members
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements

  • Fluent in English and German (spoken & written)
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach
  • Able to manage several tasks and priorities calmly
