Mercedes-Benz Romania is looking for an Order Management Specialist German-Speaking to join our team! The Order Management Team located in Bucharest is supporting the worldwide order management to ensure the optimum supply of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars to the markets. What does success look like in this role?

• Performs regular communication towards worldwide markets and all plants on blocked issues, bottlenecks, releases, market introduction / phase-out planning with regard to type-classes.

• Requests test vehicles from the markets and book them in the system. Clarifies all deviations with plants, QM and markets. Ensures that orders are feasible, booked in the system and transmitted to the plants on time.

• Requests market introduction orders for new models according to the ramp-up curve. Ensures their plausibility check as well as the tracking of the market introduction orders for each market in order to identify any need for action to secure the market introduction dates.

• Proactively checks the occupancy of production quotas for all type classes and notifies all markets in case there are missing orders. Ensures that the production quotas are occupied by the markets before the deadlines and performs allocation adjustment if it is necessary.

• Performs code additions and deletions, Baumuster changes, production date exchanges, order owner changes, vehicle exchanges etc.

To be successful, we expect from you:

• University degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Engineering or related

• Highly proficient in written and spoken German and English

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Automotive knowledge

• Very good process understanding

• Strong team player, with the ability to maintain effective relationship in multicultural teams

• Able to cope with stress, display calm and positive energy

• Good business knowledge, especially in the areas of sales, controlling and capacity management • PC knowledge, proficient in MS Office

• Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities and work productively

• Pro-active attitude, assertiveness and good problem solving skills

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical skills, organized and structured working mode, with high attention to details.
