What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating the Delivery Process
- Manage and oversee the progress of customer orders (Telecommunication products)
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to keep things moving
- Monitor progress and make sure everything stays on track
- Contribute to improvements in the way we deliver services
Working with Customers
- Validate order details and confirm requirements with customers
- Stay in touch with all stakeholders during the process
- Keep customers updated on progress and proactively manage expectations
- Handle any issues that arise and ensure a smooth resolution
- Ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction throughout the process
Supporting Project Delivery
- Support planning and timelines for delivery success
- Provide updates to internal teams and help set realistic expectations
- Work with both internal teams and customers to manage priorities
Partner Coordination
- Help manage the activities of external service providers
- Follow up on service readiness and any early challenges
- Support quality assurance and smooth handover
Sharing Knowledge & Mentoring
- Share your experience with new team members
- Contribute ideas for process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and French (spoken & written)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach
- Able to manage several tasks and priorities calmly
- Positive, collaborative team spirit
- Confidence to work independently when needed
