As an Order Specialist you will be responsible for offer, order and implementation management for components, tools, consumables, and services for the training center.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage offer, order, and implementation for components, tools, consumables, and services in regard to training business
• Ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely availability of goods and services per project requirements
• Clarify business needs and track orders through a predefined process, expediting as necessary
• Serve as the point of contact for sourcing topics, monitoring project demand, costs, and schedules
• Assist commercial and logistics teams with export, customs control, and shipment processes
• Support claim management with defect analysis and solutions, while driving internal continuous improvement

What You Bring

• University graduate or equivalent experience, eager to start a career in a leading international energy company
• Interested in contributing to the establishment of a new Demand and Order Management Hub in Romania
• Advanced in English and German, with a focus on purchasing or logistics
• Strong communicator with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Great teammate who can also work independently in an international matrix organization
• Familiar with concepts like empowerment and dedicated agile teams; advanced SAP experience, as well with ARIBA
• Advanced MS Office365 skills
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote

About the team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
