In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
 Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
 Review customer purchase orders, pricing information, contractual requirements, and compliance-related documentation.
 Monitor order progress from receiving to booking.
 Prioritize urgent orders and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and business commitments.
 Communicate effectively with Customer Service Representatives and other stakeholders regarding order-related issues.
 Investigate and escalate system, pricing, product, or order discrepancies when necessary.
 Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and sharing best practices.
 Maintain compliance with quality standards, company policies, and local regulations.
 Collaborate with colleagues to ensure business continuity and provide backup support as required.

You are an organized and proactive professional with strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
For This Role, You Will Need:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
 Previous experience in a corporate environment.
 Intermediate proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 Customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
 Experience working in an international business environment.
 Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
 Experience in customer order management or sales operations within a manufacturing or industrial organization.
