Are you passionate about leading teams, improving processes and driving operational excellence in Order-to-Cash? We'd love to hear from you!

What we're looking for:

✔ 4–6+ years of experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, Collections or related finance operations;

✔ Previous people management experience;

✔ Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling skills;

✔ Experience managing SLAs, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives;

✔ Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle or similar);

✔ English (B2+) , an additional international language-is considered an advantage.

What you'll do:

• Lead and coach a team of OTC professionals;

• Monitor team performance and ensure SLA achievement;

• Manage complex escalations and operational risks;

• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve processes and reduce disputes;

• Drive standardization, best practices and team development initiatives.
