Your new role:  You will design, implement, and continuously improve security controls across our OT landscape, with a strong focus on asset integrity and supporting secure operational processes. You will work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to embed security best practices throughout the lifecycle of industrial assets, network architectures, and automation systems, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical operational infrastructure.

Activities going to help you shine: 

•Design, implement, and maintain security controls and policies for OT environments, including ICS, SCADA, and industrial networks.
•Support the installation and configuration of OT-specific security solutions, ensuring effective deployment and integration with existing operational technology infrastructure.
•Perform hands-on threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis for OT assets, legacy systems, and industrial protocols.
•Lead and execute regular security reviews and penetration testing of OT systems to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
•Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to embed security into OT network architectures, system configurations, and automation solutions.
•Monitor OT environments for security events, misconfigurations, and threats using specialized OT security tools and platforms (e.g., network intrusion detection systems, anomaly detection solutions).
•Respond to and investigate OT security incidents, coordinating remediation efforts and ensuring minimal disruption to operational processes.
•Organize and lead post-remediation reviews to support continuous improvement and risk reduction initiatives within OT operations.
•Stay up to date with the latest OT security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to our security posture.
•Generate periodic metrics and reports on OT security posture, incident trends, and remediation activities for leadership.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5+ years in OT security engineering, ICS/SCADA security, or vulnerability management, with demonstrable hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with major OT platforms and security tools (e.g., industrial firewalls, network segmentation, asset management solutions).
• Proficiency in OT risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation prioritization across industrial automation and control environments.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards applicable to OT environments (e.g., NIST SP 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, GRID, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert) are a plus.
