We are excited to offer you this new opportunity with Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.As part of this project and a new team, your role as an OTC-RTR TL will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.Requirements:Exposure to Oracle, Xledger, NavisionGraduate/ Experience in Accounting/EconomicsConsistent OTC experience / knowledge(4-6 years)Proficiency in EnglishPC literate in MS Office especially MS ExcelStrong verbal/written communication skillsHard Working/Willingness to stretchSelf-driven in problem analysis and solvingDrive for performance, results and improvements proactivelyTeam player, open and co-operativeStakeholder managementAble to handle escalations and business review sessionsResponsabilities:Ensure OTC and RTR activities are conducted accurately and timeliness, as per the SLAs and KPIs in placePrepare, generate, dispatch accurate and timely invoices for clientsMonitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue paymentsCustomer Master Data management and cash applicationCustomer and bank statements reconciliationProvide support and ensure successful resolution of discrepancies, outstanding balances on customers/banks' account, or for other open questions or ticketsVarious Journal Entries computation, creation and booking including but not limited to accruals, prepayment, CC and other reclass, GAAP/IFRS adjustment, etcBS Reconciliations and resolution for ageing itemsPrepare data for VAT, GST, WHT, Intrastat, CIT, FS/annual reports and notes, and other taxes/local filingsAlign with the client and/or local tax representative to ensure successful submission and reconciliation of tax/local filingsAct as interface between Client, Wipro and local partners for group or statutory topicsDrive and ensure succesful knowledge transferLiaise with internal/ external stakeholders to ensure smooth service deliveryAct as an escalation point for issues raised by the client.
