Position Overview

We are looking for a Partner Coach to support and grow our network of installation partners in smart home and building automation projects.

This role combines technical consulting, training delivery, and relationship development to ensure partner success and high-quality project implementation.

Your responsibilities  

• Coach and consult installation partners in planning, configuration, and implementation of automation solutions

• Act as main point of contact for existing partners

• Support partners during projects (remote sessions, phone, coordination with technical support when needed)

• Deliver and support training sessions for new and existing partners (Basic and advanced trainings)

• Track partner projects and ensure smooth implementation and knowledge transfer

• Contribute to the development of partner relationships and long-term collaboration

Your profile  

• Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, building systems or similar (formal education is a plus, but practical experience is highly valued)

• Interest and enthusiasm for smart home and building automation

• Good technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot issues

• Business-oriented mindset with focus on partner success

• Strong communication and consulting skills

• English for technical documentation and Romanian for daily communication

• Confident, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
