BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions (Romania), a company of BNP Paribas Group, is a leading player in the financing and rental of professional equipment in Romania.

This position is part of the Operational Department of the Leasing Solutions Group and reports hierarchically to the Operational Director.


Location: Bucharest, Romania

Working mode: on-site

Contract type: Full-time

Overview:

Requesting and obtaining the payment file documentation, including the signed contracts, checking for completeness and compliance, performing the payment and activating the contract in the internal IT system.

Job attributions:

  • verification of the payment file documentation received from the business partners of the Employer both in terms of their veracity and from the perspective of fulfilling the legal and contractual conditions.
  • check that the contractual documents drawn up and validated were signed by the authorized signatories.
  • ensure the completeness and the conformity of the documents in order to perform the payment.
  • activate the contract in the internal IT system.
  • performance of 1st level of internal controls.
  • contribution to the reporting of the department in line with the Management’s requirements.
  • coordinating a team of few direct reports

Skills and competencies:

  • Studies: bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience required: minimum 3 years’ experience preferable in a financial institution (IFN) on a similar position.
  • Working with Charisma ERP is highly required
  • at least medium level of English language in spoken, written and comprehension.
  • advanced knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • general knowledge about BNP Leasing Solutions’ products and services.
  • good level of negotiation and relationship skills.
  • good time management skills, capable to organize him/herself.
  • ability to coordinate a team of few direct report and to meet deadlines.
