Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payment systems products and related initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors/service providers.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, create user stories, and manage product backlog prioritization.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Analyze and coordinate new product developments, integrations, regulatory requirements, and process improvements.
• Manage relationships with vendors, payment processors, and third-party service providers.
• Drive product enhancements focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and business value.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or payment systems as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of card payment systems and payment processing ecosystems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
• Hands-on experience with both Issuing and Acquiring business domains.
• Solid understanding of:

-Visa and Mastercard payment schemes

-Debit and Credit Card products

-ATM and POS systems with ISO 8583 switch messaging.

-Clearing and Settlement processes

-E-commerce and 3D Secure solutions

-Tokenization, Digital Wallet, and Contactless Payment technologies

-API integrations involving payment gateways, card processors, digital wallets, mobile applications, fraud systems, and third-party service providers.

• Experience in business analysis, testing, UAT, and production support activities.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as MS SQL, Jira, Confluence, and similar collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Visa and/or Mastercard certification projects.
• Knowledge of Banksoft card system.
• Experience with Mobile Banking and eBanking platform integrations
• Knowledge of Fraud Management, HSM, Key Management, PCI DSS, and payment security standards.
• Experience working with payment processors, card management systems, or digital banking platforms.
