Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main B2B contact point for platform clients, managing communication, feature requests, and operational escalations;
• Core Product Focus (Payments & PAM): Help clients navigate, optimize, and maximize value from Player Account Management (PAM) systems, wallet architectures, payment gateways, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming tools;
• Technical & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and operations teams to collect, verify, and prioritize client technical and non-technical requirements for new features and platform enhancements;
• Roadmap Alignment: Ensure clients clearly understand the product development roadmap, upcoming feature releases, and system updates;
• Data & Insights: Analyze client payment/platform data to identify operational trends, optimize system performance, and recommend process improvements;
• Training & Demos: Deliver platform demos and onboarding sessions to ensure clients fully utilize wallet and payment functionalities;
• European Events: Represent the company at relevant industry events across Europe (occasional travel required).

For our client, an innovative and rapidly growing tech company operating in the digital platform and fintech space, we are looking for a client-focused and technically-oriented Account Manager based in Bucharest to join their Platform Division. In this role, you will act as the primary B2B liaison between corporate clients and internal product/delivery teams.
The main focus of this position is centered around Payments, Wallet systems, and Player Account Management (PAM). Rather than a traditional sales-driven role, this position requires a hands-on, operational mindset focused on feature requirements, system workflows, and seamless service delivery.
Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2B Account Management or Partner Management, preferably within SaaS, digital payments, fintech, or iGaming platforms;
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of Payments, Wallet Systems, and Player Account Management (PAM) is highly preferred. Familiarity with fraud prevention, risk, and affiliate/customer workflows is a strong plus;
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
• Tools & Analytics: Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite, alongside an analytical mindset capable of interpreting operational data;
• Mindset: Self-motivated, structured, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing complex client demands in a dynamic environment.
