No prior experience is required—we provide fully paid training!🎯 What You Will Do As a PayOps Analyst Review the cardholder's dispute form and the customer's responses to understand the case Contact the customer by email regarding the case Review the "similar transactions" list to see how often the customer has been charged Review the "similar transactions" list for refunds Mark the case status: need more information, invalid, valid, already refunded, or escalate according to the card dispute procedure Create documentation when necessary to support whether the case is valid and ready for a refund submission 🎯 What We Are Looking For Language Skills: Advanced level of English (B2-C1). Technical Proficiency: Excellent PC skills. Attention to Detail: Strong research and analytical skills. Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized and focused.
