The Payroll and HR Support Administrator is part of the Global HR Services Department and reports to the Payroll Coordinator based in the Netherlands.
About the Role:
As a Payroll and HR Support Administrator, you will play an important role in processing personnel and salary changes, assisting with payroll operations, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field of payroll administration within a dynamic retail company.
What You’ll Do:

  • Process and verify personnel and salary changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments).
  • Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain and update payroll records (employee information, salaries, deductions).
  • Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and company policies.
  • Provide support and answer employee payroll-related inquiries.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed.
  • Assist with payroll system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for country-specific payroll issues.
  • Work alongside the Payroll Coordinator and Payroll Experts to resolve payroll complexities.
