General Information
Join our Global Functional Team (GFT) and drive development of our people!
As a member of People Development (PD) team at Region Europe, you’ll govern the People Development tools and processes — ensuring smooth rollout, ongoing expert communication to reach end-users’ satisfaction. You’ll partner closely with colleagues from different countries and regions, as well as with our global team, to build a cohesive and effective development environment.
You will overlook the Shared Services Center (SSC) team supporting PD processes.
Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee governance for PD processes across the European Region, ensuring deployment of consistent standards and best practices;
  • Design and implement projects that support strategic PD agenda to fulfill business needs;
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and country key stakeholders, driving awareness and engagement across the region;
  • Develop and deploy strategic communication that supports PD processes and meets the needs of different stakeholders;
  • Review and analyze regular reports and KPIs relating to People Development at the regional level and derive measures to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Prepare insightful analyses and presentations to support decision-making and project progress for relevant stakeholders;
  • Establish and sustain a strong internal network, positively influencing decision-making within your area of expertise.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent education in a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the HR sector, ideally including personnel development, transformation, organizational development, or project/change management;
  • Broad understanding of other HR processes is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking — comfortable interpreting data and deriving actionable conclusions;
  • Assertive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of social and intercultural sensitivity;
  • Advanced MS Office skills; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an asset;
  • Organized with strong project management skills — proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented;
  • Collaborative team player — flexible, curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
