About The Team
The People Experience team is a global group of seven, supporting colleagues across several countries. They handle employee relations, HR operations, and payroll, and they work closely with People Partners, IT, and Finance. The team offers a flexible working setup and takes care of a wide mix of responsibilities, including employment contracts, legal compliance, HR projects, continuous improvement, and day-to-day HR processes.
What You’ll Do

• HR Operations (Romania and other countries): Manage employment contracts, liaise with local authorities, collaborate with departments on HR/payroll processes, handle employee HR/payroll questions, prepare reports, process payroll data, manage international assignments and relocations, and execute internal HR/payroll decisions.
• Employee Relations (Romania and other countries): Manage employee relationships, handle HR queries and complex cases, implement employee programs, support HR tools, and assist with audits.
• General: Align operations with company strategy, manage employee relationships, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes .
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in HR, IT environment, and 2+ years as an HR Generalist/Specialist with Personnel Administration and HR Information Systems focus.
• Romanian & English proficiency, and knowledge of Romanian labor law.
• Resourceful, diligent, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvement.
• Willing to go the extra mile and meet deadlines.
• Able to visit the Iasi office at least once each month for on-site collaboration.
