Role Overview
As a People Services Specialist, you will ensure efficient and reliable delivery of people administration and payroll support operations that enable a seamless and compliant employee experience: the integrity of employee data, support payroll processes and provide reliable HR services across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to offboarding.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the SuccessFactors platform
- Provide HR guidance in line with local labor laws and company policies
- Support pre- and post-payroll activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
- Collaborate with payroll provider and act as the main operational contact for payroll-related matters
- Perform data quality checks, cut-off controls, and approval processes with full audit traceability
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and payroll data
- Monitor SLAs/KPIs and prepare operational HR and payroll reports
- Ensure GDPR compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness
- Act as first-line support for employees and managers on HR-related queries
- Deliver consistent and compliant onboarding and offboarding processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Services or HR Generalist roles within a multinational environment
- Experience supporting payroll processes and working with outsourced payroll vendor
- Solid knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data accuracy, GDPR and audit requirements
- Proven experience supporting or participating in HR/payroll audits
- Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and maintain high service quality
