As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist based in Romania to join our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist with strong execution skills and a solid understanding of paid media. The ideal candidate is a Romanian speaker, fluent in English, and confident in managing campaigns across multiple platforms while also maintaining direct communication with clients.

This is a full-time role for someone who is both operationally strong and commercially aware, with the ability to launch, optimize, report on, and improve performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Social Media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or others as needed)
• Handle the day-to-day execution of campaigns, including setup, monitoring, budget pacing, and performance optimization
• Develop audience targeting strategies, campaign structures, ad testing plans, and performance improvement recommendations
• Track key KPIs such as leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and overall campaign efficiency
• Prepare clear and insightful reports with actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Communicate directly with clients in a professional and proactive way
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to improve campaign outcomes
• Support ongoing performance analysis and identify growth opportunities across accounts

Requirements

•  Romanian speaker
• Strong professional command of English (written and spoken)
• Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing and campaign execution
• Solid experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a structured way
• Good understanding of reporting, analytics, and performance interpretation
• Confidence in client communication and account handling
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Performance-oriented attitude with a focus on measurable results

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and campaign measurement
• Agency experience or experience working with multiple clients/accounts
