We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Regional Digital Marketing team and drive performance across 4 markets: Romania, Poland, Czech Republic and Bulgaria.This is a senior-level role with regional ownership, focused on driving lead generation and measurable business outcomes through performance marketing.You will work in a multi-country setup, with strong collaboration across marketing, sales and data teams, and have a direct impact on campaign performance and growth.

Your next challenge:

What you'll be doing:

• Own and execute paid media campaigns across multiple countries, with clear accountability for performance and results.
• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Manage and allocate budgets across markets and channels to maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creatives, bidding and funnel.
• Develop and implement remarketing and audience strategies to improve conversion rates
• Work closely with content, marketing orchestration and sales teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
• Continuously test and improve campaigns to drive better results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media campaign management, with a proven record of delivering successful campaigns.
• Minimum 5 years experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong focus on results and ability to translate campaigns into leads and business impact.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CR, CPA.
• Experience with B2B campaigns and lead generation is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 or GTM is a plus.
• Experience working with media agencies.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.
• Fluent in English.

You will be part of the Digital Marketing Spoke team covering Romania, Poland, Czech Republic and Bulgaria. You will report to the Digital Marketing Performance Manager and work closely with key country stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product.
