• Deliver steady monthly revenue improvements for our clients.

• Develop and update at least SOPs, streamlining testing, creative rotations, and audience targeting.
• Maintain a rolling pipeline of top-performing creatives that are fully prepared at least two weeks before each campaign launch.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and a monthly summary with actionable insights correlated across different data sources.

📋 Responsibilities

• Creative strategy and briefing.
• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns using audience research, creative testing, and data insights.
• Update internal libraries with top-performing ads and regularly document insights from winning campaigns.
• Collaborate with the copywriter to produce effective ads.
• Conduct monthly analyses of high-performing campaigns to identify trends and improve future performance.
• Plan campaigns in advance, ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
• Maintain and refine SOPs, streamlining execution and improving results.
• Guide junior media buyers while staying hands-on with your own campaigns.
• Make informed budgeting decisions to maximize ROI.
