We are looking for an experienced Permitting Manager to join our team and support the development of a major offshore wind project.This is a key position within the project development team, responsible for leading and coordinating the permitting and regulatory approval process from development through to construction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Lead the overall permitting strategy and process.* Identify and manage all required permits, licenses, consents and approvals.* Develop and maintain the Permitting Plan and Permitting Register.* Coordinate permitting applications, submissions and follow-up activities.* Manage relationships with authorities, regulators, consultants and key stakeholders.* Coordinate environmental, marine and onshore permitting activities.* Work closely with Engineering, Development, Environmental, Legal, Grid and Construction teams.* Monitor permitting schedules, requirements, conditions and risks.* Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies.* Coordinate external permitting and environmental consultants.* Report permitting progress and risks to senior project management.IDEAL CANDIDATE* 5+ years of experience in permitting, regulatory affairs, project development or project management.* Proven experience with complex energy, infrastructure or construction projects.* Strong experience working with authorities and regulatory bodies.* Experience in renewable energy projects is highly desirable.* Offshore wind experience is a strong advantage.* Experience with marine permitting, environmental consents, offshore construction, subsea cables or port infrastructure is highly valued.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.* Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.* Excellent English, written and spoken.* Ability to take ownership of complex permitting processes and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.WHAT WE OFFER* The opportunity to work on a major offshore wind project.* A key position within the project development team.* International project exposure.* Direct involvement in complex permitting and regulatory processes.* Competitive compensation package based on experience.* Long-term professional development opportunities.LOCATIONTo be discussed with the selected candidate.If you have strong permitting experience and want to contribute to the development of a major offshore wind project, we would like to hear from you.Please send your CV and a short summary of your relevant project experience: Email: [email protected], M/Whatsapp: +40734756102 Show more Show less
