As the Planner and Buyer in Cluj-Napoca you will be responsible for planning and organizing the purchase of raw materials following the process, procedures and regulations, as they are set in Pressure Management Business Unit. We look forward to seeing your application!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure smooth raw materials flow in order to maintain stability of the production process, according to customer requirements, stock objectives and maintain the optimal inventory level.

• Planning the manufacturing production line in accordance with the line capacity and customer requested completion dates.

• Order materials and manage suppliers with regards to the MRP requirements, inventory turnover goals and procurement data; Close follow-up with suppliers to improve delivery dates, take all needed actions to meet the customer requested date.

• Ensure customer/supplier on-time delivery through effective expediting and a close working relationship.

• Ensure material shortage risks are identified, assessed and communicated within the business and take all needed actions.

 For This Role, You Will Need:

• A completed university degree or equivalent educational background.

• English - advanced level.

• Minimum 2-year experience in a Planning/ Buying/ Supply Chain role.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and organizational skills.

• Experience in both planning and buying activities, including handling purchase orders and work orders.

• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel.

 Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of Italian language

• Experience working with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

• Lean certifications or demonstrated familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
