Job Description:
Job: Planning & Reporting Financial Controller
Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Finance/Controlling area would be a plus
• Valuable experience in IFRS reporting would be a plus
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP experience considered a strong asset)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, Google workspace would be a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of actual P&L and reporting to the group
• Monitoring actual results vs. forecast on a monthly basis
• Prepare monthly performance analyses (P&L, KPIs, BS, FCF), highlighting variances and key drivers
• Preparation of management and group reports; create and provide financial reports and dashboards for various stakeholders (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, yearly base)
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and local regulations
