This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge rolling stock technology, driving the future of rail automation.Your role:Develop and program high-quality control software for rail vehicles using the MITRAC platform.Design system architecture and software components tailored to modern rolling stock requirements.Implement PLC code ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, test, and optimize control software systems.Your profile:Mandatory Requirements:PLC Programming: Proven expertise in PLC programming strictly according to the IEC 61131 standard.Domain Expertise: Solid, practical experience within the Rolling Stock industry.Software Engineering: A strong background in Software Development principles, lifecycles, and methodologies.Preferred & Advantageous Skills:Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with the MITRAC platform is highly preferred.Systems & Architecture: Prior experience in control software engineering and exposure to system architecture design.Language Requirements:English: Professional proficiency (written and spoken) is fully sufficient for daily operations and collaboration.German: German language skills are not mandatory.
