Requirements

And you?

We are looking for a person who can provide strong support in project coordination / PMO activities, with the ability to structure information clearly, prepare polished management-level materials, and translate technical or functional input into executive-style presentations for the customer. It's very important to have very solid PowerPoint skills, with the capability to make content visual, presentable and suitable for management consumption

In addition to this, German language capability is a critical requirement. The person needs to have a very good command of German, ideally at C1-C2 level, as they will need to interact in a demanding customer (from Berlin) environment where communication speed and fluency are important.

In summary, the target profile should combine:

• PMO / project coordination capabilities, strong Jira/Confluence skills
• Strong presentation and visual communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, with a refined sense of design, aesthetics, creativity, and the ability to deliver polished, management ready slides
• High level of German, ideally C1-C2
• Ability to work alonggside a technically strong resource and complement them from a project management and customer-facing perspective
• Automotive background is very beneficial
• Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify gaps, opportunities, and required tasks without explicit guidance
