Our purpose and vision is to build these pillars around the organization’s strategy and this role is directly involved in managing the portfolio, in order to ensure the delivery of the right initiatives at the right time.

• Knowledge and practical experience in portfolio management for minimum 2 years;
• Ability to manage portfolio activities to meet defined goals, in order to proactively monitor the portfolio overall progress, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as fit;
• Project management experience and seniority is also appreciated and we consider it an advantage;
• Very good understanding of different project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM) in order to leverage the advantages they provide for portfolio optimization;
• Very good presentation and communication skills;
• Experience working with analysis, task tracking or portfolio tracking tools (for example: Atlassian suite, Microsoft office suite, etc.);
• English language competences – advanced speaking and writing;

In more specific actions, your duties and responsibilities will be to:

• Develop, together with all stakeholders involved (sponsors and leadership, project managers, business representatives, product owners, business analysts, etc.), strategic portfolio plans.
• Design strategies to mitigate or avoid future risks within the portfolio.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules of the portfolio against delivery and realized benefits.
• Coordinate planning and initiation of projects to the current status of the portfolio.
• Develop the portfolio framework for the idea to delivery processes - create and support workflows, rules and procedures for portfolio related decisional framework.
• Effective management of risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions at the Portfolio level through the appropriate governance framework.
• Identify opportunities for strategic initiatives, enhancements, and optimizations within the portfolio.
• Analyze trends, compile and distribute portfolio status reports and other types of data and reports as per stakeholders’ request.
