As a Portfolio Operations Specialist (IT, Agile), you will play a key role in shaping how strategic IT initiatives are selected, prioritized, and delivered. You’ll connect business strategy with execution and ensure that everything we do creates measurable impact.

🌍 What You’ll Drive:

• Align IT initiatives with business strategy to maximize value delivery

• Bring clarity and structure through Portfolio Kanban management

• Identify bottlenecks and unlock faster, smarter delivery

• Enable transparency across the portfolio — from idea to execution

• Partner with business leaders, architects, and stakeholders to set priorities

• Facilitate strategic conversations and portfolio syncs that matter

• Drive data-informed decisions focused on business outcomes

• Track performance through meaningful KPIs and insights

• Support the creation of Lean business cases for high-impact initiatives

• Champion Agile ways of working using frameworks such as SAFe Framework

• Coach teams and leaders to thrive in an agile portfolio environment

🧠 What You Bring:

• Experience in Agile environments managing multiple IT initiatives

• Exposure to complex, large-scale organizations

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

• Confidence working with senior leadership

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI

• Familiarity with SAFe Framework

Nice to have:

• SAFe Portfolio Management Certification

• Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)

• PMI-ACP
