Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and scale PPC campaigns primarily in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube), and manage additional platforms (Meta, Microsoft Ads, TikTok).
• Structure accounts, bidding strategies, audiences, and feed-based campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Monitor and optimize core KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, profitability) and identify scaling opportunities.
• Own and allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROI; support forecasting and planning.
• Lead A/B tests and continuous experimentation across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and content teams; deliver clear, data-driven insights using analytics tools (GA, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).
  

Your profile

• Min. 2 years of hands-on online marketing experience
• Strong, practical experience in Google Ads
• Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking
• Ability to take full ownership of results
• Structured, fact-based communication style
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Team-player attitude
• Fluent English
