For the Romanian market, we are looking for a PR, Influencer & Partnerships Manager who will play a key role in increasing Coral Club's brand awareness, building strong relationships with local influencers, media representatives, wellness and business communities, and developing impactful partnership projects. In addition to Romania, the role will also support selected PR and partnership initiatives for the Moldovan market, with future opportunities to expand responsibilities across other Central European markets as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the PR, Influencer Marketing & Partnerships strategy for the Romanian market

Support PR, influencer marketing, and partnership activities for the Moldovan market in close collaboration with the regional team.

Identify, select, and manage collaborations with micro, macro, and top-tier influencers

Build and maintain a strong network of loyal bloggers, content creators, and brand ambassadors

Represent Coral Club in negotiations with influencers, partners, media representatives, and local communities

Identify and develop partnerships within the wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, and business sectors

Organize and coordinate PR activities, including events, media projects, influencer campaigns, gifting initiatives, and special activations

Build relationships with local media outlets and online publications to increase brand visibility and awareness

Monitor market trends, competitors, communication opportunities, and emerging industry developments

Prepare monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, PR value, campaign results, and overall effectiveness

Integrate digital tools and innovative approaches into PR and influencer marketing activities

Develop and implement the PR, Influencer & Partnerships roadmap for Romania for 2026–2027

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth of Coral Club brand awareness in Romania

• Quantity and quality of media coverage across traditional and digital channels
• Achievement of influencer campaign KPIs, including reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and content quality
• Expansion of Coral Club's ambassador network and loyal influencer community
• Number and quality of strategic partnerships across wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, and business sectors
• Improvement of Coral Club's brand perception and reputation in the Romanian market

• Influencer Marketing — 50%
• Partnerships & Events — 30%
• PR & Media Relations — 20%

Requirements

4–5+ years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, Communications, Brand Partnerships, or related fields within the Romanian market

Proven experience working with influencers across different tiers, including micro, macro, and top-tier creators

Experience negotiating with influencers, media representatives, partners, communities, and event organizers

Hands-on experience organizing PR activities, events, special projects, gifting campaigns, and partnership initiatives

Strong understanding of the Romanian media landscape, influencer ecosystem, and local communication practices

Experience with or practical understanding of crisis communications and reputation management

An established network of relevant contacts within media, influencer communities, wellness/business networks, and event venues or platforms

Ability to evaluate campaign performance using digital and PR metrics, including reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and PR value

Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare clear and actionable reports

Highly autonomous, proactive, and capable of building processes from the ground up

Romanian — Native/Fluent

English — Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2–C1)

Russian language skills will be considered an advantage
