About the role

We’re looking for a PR & Partnerships Manager with the experience, network, and curiosity to build visibility for our agency and clients across both the media landscape and the broader business & lifestyle ecosystem.

This role goes beyond traditional PR: you’ll collaborate with journalists, editors, influencers — but also with brands, companies, event organizers, lifestyle communities, cultural venues, and business networks.

Your mission: offer our agency access to key media opportunities, B2C events, lifestyle activations, corporate gatherings, launch events, and industry conversations.

The role is fully remote, with flexibility built into the way we work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies that drive visibility and measurable impact.
• Leverage your existing media relationships to secure high-quality coverage.
• Expand and utilize a network within companies, brands, and lifestyle/corporate communities to unlock invitations, partnerships, and event access.
• Identify and secure involvement in B2C events, lifestyle activations, brand launches, conferences, meetups, cultural events, and other relevant opportunities.
• Represent the agency professionally at business and lifestyle events (alongside the Account Director and Managing Partner).
• Work with organizers, partners, and brand stakeholders to create collaboration opportunities.
• Draft and manage press materials (press releases, interviews, feature stories, pitches).
• Coordinate media opportunities, client launches, and visibility initiatives.
• Track performance, gather insights, and continuously refine PR and partnerships approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional PR experience, ideally from an agency.
• A strong and active media network in Romania (journalists, editors, producers, influencers).
• Contacts or active relationship-building within companies, brands, event organizers, lifestyle & business communities.
• Proven involvement with international clients or multi-market projects.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both Romanian and English.
• Confident public presence and strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects strategically and independently.
• Preferably based in Bucharest, for access to in-person events when necessary.
• Availability for a collaboration model that allows invoicing.
