This internship program is designed for motivated and engaged students pursuing a degree in Economics or a related field, who are interested in discovering their potential and exploring career paths that best match their skills and aspirations.
Through this program, you will gain valuable exposure to the audit environment, develop practical knowledge, and learn from experienced professionals in the field.
 We are looking for a new colleague with:

strong analytical, technical and research skills;

ability to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics;

readiness to assume significant responsibilities and exercise judgment with decreasing direct supervision;

the ability to manage his/her own time effectively;

written and verbal communication skills necessary (in both Romanian and English) to effectively interface with all levels of firm management and staff, clients and other external business contacts;

Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is required;

Responsabilitati

Main responsibilities:
-
actively develops technical skills on the job and through formal training;
-
effectively documents work;
-
assisting with the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosures and management letter comments;
-
assisting with engagement administration including audit programs, budgets and engagement letters;
-
identifies and communicates engagement issues as well as engagement progress in a timely and organized manner;
-
works as an effective team member to complete project components and assigned tasks;
