About Your New Role
You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on how we grow our business and how our well‑known beverages reach our customers and consumers. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan in line with the brand owner’s strategy.
You’ll join a friendly and supportive team, ready to help you overcome challenges and achieve results you may not have thought possible. No two days will be the same — you’ll be challenged, encouraged, and continuously developing.
What Will You Do?
- Develop internal communication campaigns to inform and engage stakeholders (new launches, campaigns, brand events).
- Cascade the brand strategy across the commercial organization and external partners.
- brand strategies, always monitoring profitability and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Define local product requirements and pricing strategies, in coordination with external partners and commercial marketing teams.
- Develop POP materials per channel together with Brand Owners.
- Manage the marketing budget responsibly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to develop and execute successful plans that drive revenue growth, market share, and profit targets within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with the supply chain team on product supply coordination with each brand owner.
Do You Have These Key Ingredients?
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, product portfolio management, positioning, and market analysis.
- Ability to design and implement internal and external communication campaigns.
- At least 3 years on a similar position
- Previous experience in managing budgets, solid financial understanding, and an analytical mindset with awareness of cost/revenue impact.
- Excellent process and project management skills.
- Lasting relationships capability
- University degree completed.
- Advanced English proficiency.
